Design Decision

Make Design Decisions Along with Your Customer

“I get very uncomfortable when someone makes a design decision without customer contact.” – Dan Ritzenthaler

Make your customer part of your design process. Meet them, get requirements from them, and involve them in your discussions, ideas, and decisions.

This helps you to understand their needs, the way they work, and even the way they think, and thus makes it easier for you to create a desirable product for them. Getting feedback from customers and using it to improve your products is the way to move forward.

“You are not designing for yourself, but you are designing for someone else who has put his trust in you.”

Building a good relationship with your customers is important as this is the only way to keep them loyal to you and your company.
